Breakages & extra charges

Unfortunately, over recent weeks we have had a spate of breakages and damage to our home. As you will appreciate, our home is fitted out to a very high standard and, as a consequence breakages can be costly to put right. We understand that accidents will happen but unfortunately our insurance does not cover us for damage to items within the home.

This has caused us to review our Security Bond policy and we felt it important that you, our guests, should be aware of what the possible costs could be if an item were to be broken or damaged. We regret that any breakages, damage or extra charges will be have to be deducted from your Security Bond.

We have also included a list of extra charges that you should try and avoid. This is not intended to be a definitive or accurate list but for guidance only.
